What to bring to your OPD visit
- Government photo ID (Aadhaar or similar)
- All previous prescriptions and reports for this complaint
- The medicines you are currently taking, in their strips
- Your child’s vaccination card, for a paediatric visit
- Your antenatal card and last ultrasound, for a pregnancy visit
- Insurance or TPA card, if a planned admission is likely
