Services & facilities
Diagnostics, pharmacy, intensive care and ambulance - all inside the hospital, so treatment does not wait on a referral.
24x7 Emergency
Open 24 hours, every day of the year
Casualty is staffed round the clock, with the laboratory, imaging, operation theatre and ICU in the same building. In an emergency, come straight in - do not wait for OPD hours or an appointment.
- Immediate assessment on arrival
- Emergency investigations and imaging on site
- Direct admission to ward, ICU or operation theatre
- Round-the-clock medical and nursing cover
ICU & NICU
24x7, every day of the year
The intensive care unit looks after patients who need continuous monitoring and support. The neonatal intensive care unit does the same for newborns - the babies who need help in their first days, without a transfer across the city.
- Continuous cardiac, oxygen and blood-pressure monitoring
- Oxygen therapy and ventilatory support
- NICU care for newborns needing intensive support
- Post-operative critical care
- Regular updates to the family from the treating team
Modular Operation Theatre
Planned lists during the day; emergency surgery 24x7
A modular theatre is built for infection control - sealed surfaces, controlled airflow and filtered air. It is where the hospital’s general, orthopaedic, gynaecological, ENT, urological and reconstructive surgery is carried out.
- Laparoscopic (keyhole) and open surgery
- C-arm imaging available during procedures
- Anaesthesia cover and recovery-room observation
- Emergency operating availability
In-house Laboratory
Sample collection during OPD hours; urgent tests 24x7 for emergency and admitted patients
Routine blood, urine and stool investigations are processed in our own laboratory, so the doctor can often review the results in the same visit instead of asking you to return another day.
- Complete blood count, blood sugar and HbA1c
- Liver and kidney function tests
- Thyroid and hormone-related tests
- Urine and stool examination
- Infection screening such as dengue, typhoid and malaria
- Pre-operative and antenatal test packages
Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound & C-Arm
OPD hours, plus 24x7 for emergency and admitted patients
Imaging in the building means an injury or a chest complaint is examined and imaged in one visit. Ultrasound covers abdominal, pelvic and antenatal scanning, and the C-arm gives surgeons live imaging during an operation.
- Digital X-ray - chest, bones, joints, spine and sinuses
- Ultrasound - abdomen, pelvis and antenatal scanning
- C-arm imaging during orthopaedic and other surgery
- Emergency imaging for injuries and acute illness
Pharmacy
Open alongside OPD and emergency services
Prescribed medicines, injections and dressing material are available at the hospital, so patients and attendants are not sent looking for a chemist late at night.
- Medicines prescribed in the OPD and for admitted patients
- Injections, IV fluids and consumables
- Dressing and surgical material
- Medicine supply at discharge
24x7 Ambulance
Round the clock - call +91 72748 00800
An ambulance is available at any hour to bring a patient in or for a planned transfer. Call the hospital, state the address and the patient’s condition clearly, and stay reachable on that phone.
- Emergency pick-up and hospital transfer
- Attendant accompanies the patient
- Direct hand-over to the casualty team on arrival
Please carry your doctor’s prescription for any test or scan. If you were referred by a doctor outside the hospital, that is fine - bring the prescription and we will process it.
Procedures carried out at the hospital
Performed in our operation theatre with anaesthesia cover and ICU back-up. The treating doctor will examine you first and explain what a procedure involves before it is planned.
Laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery
Minimally invasive abdominal surgery - smaller cuts and a shorter stay.
General surgery
Hernia, gallbladder, appendix and soft-tissue operations.
Joint replacement
Replacement of worn knee and hip joints, with C-arm imaging in theatre.
Orthopaedic & trauma surgery
Fracture fixation and other bone and joint procedures.
Obstetric & gynaecological surgery
Including delivery, with NICU support for the newborn.
Plastic & reconstructive surgery
Wound, scar, burn and soft-tissue reconstruction.
ENT & urological procedures
Carried out in the modular operation theatre with anaesthesia cover.
Dental procedures
Extraction, fillings, scaling and gum treatment.
For anything surgical, please bring your previous reports and the list of medicines you take - including blood thinners, diabetes and blood-pressure medication.
From consultation to report, in one visit
- Register at the front desk and collect your OPD slip.
- See the doctor during OPD hours; walk-ins are accepted.
- Give your samples or take your scan in the same building - no second appointment.
- Collect reports and review them with the doctor before you leave, wherever timing allows.
- Pick up medicines at the in-house pharmacy on your way out.
Some specialised tests are sent to a partner laboratory; you will be told at the counter if that applies and when to expect the report.
