About our general surgery service
Our surgical team assesses the problem, explains what an operation would involve and what it would not fix, and arranges the tests needed beforehand. Laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgery is used where it suits both the condition and the patient.
Operations are carried out in a modular operation theatre with anaesthesia cover and C-arm imaging, and the ICU is available afterwards for patients who need closer monitoring.

- Piles, fissure and fistula
- Lumps in the skin and soft tissues
